Sourcy provides a flat shipping rate for orders below US$150 and free shipping for orders above US$150. This cost is shouldered by the customer. As for sourcing of products, our Find New Products service is completely free. Just upload a picture and we will let you know when your product is ready to order.

Sourcy covers all the costs, except for product and shipping costs by default. If you have been charged any tariffs or import taxes due to your order, please contact us at info@sourcyglobal.com and we will assist you from there.

We are ready to offer you the best-in-class sourcing and wholesale experience. However, if you really wish to cancel the order, you may do so anytime before it is dispatched. Once you have raised a cancellation of your order, our systems will take maximum of 1-2 business days to complete the request. You will receive a notification by email and your entire order amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

You can make use of a wide array of payment options at checkout, including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and COD (currently only available for selected countries).

For customers living in Kenya, India, Indonesia or the Philippines, your local currency will be used for shopping and paying. As for the other countries, only USD is enabled for now (we’re working on it!).
